children, mental health nurse, therapist, and neurodivergent coach,

I know the silent battles you're fighting.

My Story: From People-Pleasing to Unapologetic

I was once trapped in a cycle of constant accommodation. Always saying yes. Always fitting in. Always ignoring my own needs. My neurodivergence felt like a burden I had to hide. I didn't even know how I experienced the world had a name.

​Then everything changed.

I realised that continuously moulding myself to others' expectations was creating a perpetual burnout loop. I was disconnected from my true self, desperately crying out for recognition and care.

So I made a radical choice: I started to honour my needs.​

​​I learned to ask for what I needed without shame

 I left a high-pressure career for work that nourished my soul

 I developed confidence in resting and setting boundaries

 I fully accepted my neurodivergence as a strength, not a weakness

I discovered something powerful: There's no one-size-fits-all solution, despite what we were told growing up. Life does look different if you're neurodivergent, but once we can honour and accept our needs, we stop apologising for being us and start building work, relationships and a life designed just for you.

 We create a bespoke ecosystem that fits YOU - not the other way around.

Unshaming

Embarking on this transformative journey together,  you’ll first dive into understanding your neurodivergence, see your traits as valid and valuable & identify beliefs & experiences that are holding you back. 

GROW

Taming

You’ll learn to silence the inner critic through self-compassion and somatic practices &  break free from limiting societal norms to define your own values and alignment. As you develop emotional regulation skills and sustainable habits, you’ll address burnout cycles and unhelpful coping methods.

BLOOM

Recreating

Strengthening communication and setting boundaries paves the way for expressing your needs with confidence, while envisioning bold dreams invites new possibilities for fulfilment. Reducing masking and embracing vulnerability helps you build authentic relationships, and finally, taking aligned action ensures you move forward with clarity, purpose, and support.​​

An online programme consisting of 4 months of  high touch, 1-1 supercharging of your self belief, getting comfortable in your neurodivergence and how you want your life to look.

1  90 minute 1-1 session to deep dive and plant the seed of unshaming & reframing your self beliefs.

8 60 minute sessions
